Mrs Ashton-Cox

Nursery Nurse - Mrs Ashton Cox has an N.N.E.B. qualification, B.T.E.C. in Childhood Studies, Sign Language Level 1, First Aid, A.S.D. Level 3, A.D.H.D. Level 3, and Certificate in Early Years Practice Level 4.  She is studying for an Early Years Foundation Degree.

Mrs Ashton Cox enjoys salsa dancing, swimming, drawing with pen and ink, learning how to work FaceBook and travelling in Europe.

Mrs Baxter

Pastoral Support Assistant - Mrs Baxter gives support to pupils who are experiencing problems in school.  She also liaises with staff and parents.

Miss Blackham

Teaching Assistant - Miss Blackham works as a Teaching Assistant in Key Stage 1.  Miss Blackham runs the Breakfast Club which is open from 8.00 a.m.

Mrs Carter

Teaching Assistant - Mrs Carter works with the children in Key Stage 1 supporting the work of the classroom teacher.  Mrs Carter has gained Higher Level Teaching Assistant Status.  She runs the after-school KS1 Craft Club.

Mrs Gailey

Teaching Assistant - Mrs Gailey works with all Key Stage 1 classes supporting the class teachers, and she has gained Higher Level Teaching Assistant status.   Mrs Gailey runs the after-school Year 6 Craft Club.

Mrs E Griffiths

Teaching Assistant - Mrs Griffiths works in Key Stages 1 and 2 supporting the work of the classroom teacher.

Mrs Haynes

Teaching Assistant - Mrs Haynes supports the work of KS2 pupils and, with Mrs Gailey and Mrs McMahon, runs the after-school Year 6 Craft Club.

Mrs Houlston

Teaching Assistant - Mrs Houlston works in Key Stage 2 supporting the work of the classroom teacher.

Mrs Jenkins

Teaching Assistant - Mrs Jenkins works as a Teaching Assistant in Key Stages 1 and 2.  Mrs Jenkins helps to run the Top Play after-school club on Tuesdays and is qualified in First Aid in the Work Place.  She also runs the Breakfast Club with Miss Blackham.

Mrs McMahon

Teaching Assistant - Mrs McMahon works as a Teaching Assistant in Key Stage 2. She has a BSc Hons degree (Open) in Family Studies and Educational Development, a Diploma in Applied Social Science and has completed a post-graduate certificate course in Autism (Manchester Metropolitan University). Mrs McMahon has also completed courses in Learning Support, Dyslexia and Working with Children with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties. She has gained Higher Level Teaching Assistant status and is qualified in First Aid in the Work Place. Her interests include pub qizzes, football and computers.
Mrs McMahon represents the Non-teaching Staff on the Governing Body and with Mrs Gailey and Mrs Haynes, she runs the after-school Year 6 Craft Club .

Mrs Owen

Teaching Assistant - Mrs Owen works as a Teaching Assistant in Key Stage 2 supporting the class teacher.
