The governors are responsible for the overall management of all that takes place in Shifnal Primary School. They work closely with the Head Teacher and other members of the staff to develop plans and policies to ensure that the school complies with legal requirements and is continually striving to improve in all areas. There are committees to deal with financial matters, buildings, health and safety, curriculum, performance management and staffing issues.
