PTFA CHRISTMAS FAYRE

Saturday 6 December at 12.00 noon.

Letters have been sent home this week with all the details of the Fayre.  We should be grateful for donations of any items for sale or for prizes – please bring them into school.  Yr. 6 children and parents are organising the cake stall and proceeds will go towards their residential visit next year – so please get baking all Yr. 6!

If you would like tickets to see Father Christmas, please return the form and payment of £1.50 per child as soon as possible.

We should also appreciate any offers of help, either setting up the Fayre from 9.30 a.m. or help in the afternoon.

PARKING

In order to avoid congestion and danger to the safety of children and adults please park in Curriers Lane when collecting your child from an after school club.  Could you also use the pathway if the club is held on the playground and take care when coming to the school reception as the car park can be busy at these times.

SCHOOL UNIFORM

A reminder from a previous bulletin that children should wear sensible school shoes – not boots - to come to school.  If the weather is bad boots may be worn to and from school but a suitable pair of shoes should be worn during the day in school.

SCHOOL MEALS

Next week will be week 1 of the school menu.  If you have not already returned the form indicating arrangements for Christmas Dinner on 12 December, please return this on Monday morning as we need to know numbers to order food.  A copy of the letter is on the school web site.

BREAKFAST CLUB

A reminder that breakfast club is open every morning from 8.00 a.m. until the start of school at 8.55 a.m.  The charge is only £2.50, which includes cereals, toast, yoghurt etc. and a drink.  Please ring to book a place, or just arrive at school if you have a problem one morning.

We ask that children do not arrive at school before 8.40 a.m. and if your child needs to arrive before that time, please consider using the breakfast club.
